Johanna Wilson, MD, CEO
Dr. Wilson is a board certified psychiatrist with greater than 10 years experience since completion of medical school from Northeastern Ohio Medical University. There, she was nominated to Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society for excellence in academics and service. She completed her residency training at The Ohio State University Medical Center where she served as chief resident. During residency, she had an interest in adolescent psychiatry and spent extra time training on the child and adolescent psychiatric unit. During her last 6 years in outpatient mental health she has developed a passion for women's mental health issues but continues to enjoy working with all ages, males, females and non-binary individuals. She is well versed in treating a variety of mood, anxiety, trauma, and psychotic disorders.
Prior to becoming "Dr. Wilson," she grew up in New London, Ohio and was always passionate about returning to the 419 to serve the communities that were close to her heart. She has a unique perspective on the needs of locals and the mental health stigmas they may face. She is eager to educate and empower the community members to learn to live their best life.
Nicole Wurstle, PA-C, PSY-CAQ
Nicole is a certified physician assistant with a certificate of added qualification in psychiatry. She has the ability to make diagnoses, prescribe medications, and provide psychotherapy under the supervision of Dr. Wilson.
Before attending graduate school where she earned a Masters in Medical Science at Baldwin Wallace University, Nicole obtained a bachelors in biology with a minor in chemistry graduating summa cum laude. She also obtained a scholar athlete award and NAIA All American while working on her undergraduate degree and playing collegiate volleyball. She volunteered on a brain injury unit, a delirium prevention program, worked in emergency room registration in downtown Pittsburgh, and worked as a nursing assistant. Nicole enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and families. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family; including her husband, her dog Charley, and two kitties, Jack and Bella. She enjoys being creative, gardening, and creating new recipes.
Nicole has been working with and training under Dr. Wilson since 2017. Nicole and Dr. Wilson prescribe to the same ideologies and work closely together to find the best course of treatment for patients. Dr. Wilson lovingly describes Nicole as her "mini-me" because they practice so similarly.
Brianna (Bri) is a certified physician assistant. She is able to make diagnoses, prescribe medications and provide general psychotherapy under the supervision of Dr. Wilson.
Before attending Ohio University in Dublin, Ohio to pursue her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Practice, Bri attended The University of Toledo where she earned her Bachelor's of Science Degree with honors in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. During her time at the University of Toledo, Bri also worked as a home health aide and a physical therapy aide. Prior to becoming a psychiatry physician assistant, Bri worked as a family medicine physician assistant in southwest Michigan where she gained her first experience as a PA and found her passion for psychiatry. Dr. Wilson and Nicole were both struck by Bri's genuine interest in improving the quality of mental health care in the 419 communities as well as her dedication to learning and excellence. Both agreed that she would make a great addition to the Hope419 Team.
In her free time, Bri enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her two chocolate labrador retrievers, Charleigh and Oakleigh. Bri also enjoys running, shopping and traveling to the beach. We are very excited to announce the addition of our third physicians assistant! Rachael will be joining us July 26, 2021!
Rachael is a certified physician assistant. She is able to make diagnoses, prescribe medications, and provide general psychotherapy under the supervision of Dr. Wilson. Before attending The University of Findlay where she earned a Master’s degree as a Physician Assistant, Rachael attended Miami University where she earned her Bachelor’s in Zoology. She successfully completed her phlebotomy certification. She also worked as a nursing assistant in a skilled nursing facility and worked as a medical scribe in the emergency department, where she found her passion for helping people. While taking care of residents and patients, it became evident to her how improving mental health is a vital component of a person’s overall well-being. Rachael is dedicated to ensuring all patients have the best possible treatment for the best quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her cat, Evelyn. She also enjoys baking, exercising, watching Netflix, and playing the piano.

Emily Talbott, LISW-S
Emily has been providing therapy for over 11 years, and is a licensed independent social worker supervisor with the training to diagnose and treat a wide range of disorders using individual, family, and group interventions. She received her master's degree in social work from The Ohio State University. She has provided individual, group, and family counseling in community mental health centers, and at The Ohio State University Harding Hospital, and Providers For Healthy Living.
Emily's clinical strengths include working with children, teens and adults with emotional and behavioral imbalances (particularly, anxiety and depression) as well as working closely with parents to develop strategies to address the challenges of raising children with emotional and behavioral issues. She has a special interest in treating Obsessive-compulsive Disorder in adults, children and teens. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) strategies to treat anxiety disorders and mood disorders. She regularly facilitates a DBT skills group. Emily is certified by and a diplomat of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. She has many years of experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Emily believes in providing a safe place for clients to be their authentic selves, and to learn how to live their best lives regardless of the challenges they face.
In her free time, Emily serves on the board of Love On A Mission, a local non-profit that provides support to LGBTQIA+ youth. She also enjoys exercising, yoga, and spending time with her family hiking and kayaking.

Vivian is a native of the Mansfield area and graduated from Madison Comprehensive High School and The Ohio State University. She remains invested in her home town and is excited to walk beside other Buckeyes in their quest to find balance in their lives. Vivian holds a licensure in the state of Ohio as a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor.
With her education and training she provides diagnosis and treatment to a wide range of disorders using individual, couples, family and group interventions. Vivian’s experience includes working at The Center for Individual and Family Services, New Beginnings Recovery Services, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Providers for Healthy Living and the 179th Air National Guard.
Vivian’s focus on her community has also led her to share her knowledge with students as an instructor in the Social Work Department at The Ohio State University and NC State College.
Working together to find solutions is the foundation of Vivian’s clinical strengths. She focuses on working with others to address emotional and behavioral issues while using different strategies and therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy and Exposure Therapy. Vivian believes that therapy can be the catalyst for finding balance in one’s life. Vivian has spent many years working with individuals and families who are struggling with addictions, and providing a safe place for them to begin their recovery. In addition, she has a special interest in working with veterans and their families.
Vivian’s passion to love people can also be found in her non profit agency called, People Helping People of North Central Ohio, INC. This program provides a daily meal to those in need in our community 365 days a year. Vivian also can be found spending her free time on the lake with her family as she loves sunsets and fishing.

Vivian Winters, LISW-S, CDCA
David is a licensed independent social worker who is trained to diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders. David considers his specialization at this phase of his career to be the treatment of trauma, complicated grief, and mood disturbances. Dave has a special interest in the treatment of secondary trauma experienced by health providers in the counseling, social work, nursing, and medical field.
Dave is active in the Richland County community. He has been past Chair of the Richland County Mental Health Board as well as has served as past Clinical Director at Catalyst Life Services. Dave is actively involved in the Richland County Taskforce on Racism, and serves as the Co-Chair on the mental health subcommittee of this Taskforce. He is passionate about bringing equal rights and treatment to the Mansfield area.
In his free time Dave enjoys a connection with nature by spending time with horses and quiet time with family at his country home.

Dave Krenrick, LISW-S,
Emily is a licensed independent social worker supervisor, who has been in the field for 14 years. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at Ashland University, and her Master’s at the University of Akron. Her approach is client-centered and trauma-informed with extensive training in a variety of theoretical perspectives with special interest in TICBT, EMDR, MI, Art and Play therapy.
She enjoys working with a variety of clients from young children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She is passionate about providing inclusive and safe environments for every client to work through their most difficult experiences. Her heart has always been for community and empowering clients to step into their own strengths and resiliency.
In her free time, Emily spends time with her family on their farm, with a ridiculous amount of animals that are just for loving; exploring art mediums and creative outlets; and being a total research nerd.
