Lets talk esketamine...

Hope 419 proudly offers the only FDA-approved ketamine based psychedelic treatment for depression. FDA approved this service in March of 2019 and Hope 419 has practiced since June of 2021. This treatment is primarily used for clients with treatment-resistant depression and acute suicidal ideation and behavior.

Step One: Consultation

While building rapport with your ongoing provider, we will determine if nasal esketamine is an appropriate treatment for you! We encourage clients remain active in services to monitor success of treatment!

Casual Meeting
Step Two: Insurance

After determining if nasal esketamine is an appropriate treatment for you, we will determine if your insurance provider will approve funding the full treatment process.

Step Three: Treatment

Prior to your first treatment session, we will assist in organizing transportation to/from appointments and will instruct to avoid clients eating food for 2-hours prior to sessions. For your safety, we will monitor your blood pressure during the visit.

Step Four: Going Home

After 2 hours, the medical team will release you to the care of your driver. On days of treatment, you will not be able to drive; however you will return to normal levels of functioning.

Stages of Treatment

Stage 1, weeks 1-5

During this stage of treatment, esketamine treatment is provided twice per week.

Our treatment coordinator will work with you to determine transportation and assist in making services most convenient for you.

Stage 2, weeks 5-8

During this stage of treatment, esketamine treatment is provided once per week.

Our treatment coordinator will work with you to determine transportation and assist in making services most convenient for you.

Stage 3, weeks 8+

After 8-weeks of treatment, the next step of treatment will be determined by you and your care team.

 

In most cases, esketamine treatment is provided once per week or once every 2-weeks, depending upon symptoms and lifestyle needs.
