Virtual Visits
VIRTUAL REQUIREMENT:
According to the Ohio State Medical Board and the Ohio Counselor & Social Work Board,
you must be physically in the state of Ohio at the time of your virtual visit.
LATE CANCEL AND NO SHOW FEES:
$125 fee for all no show appointments, initial and follow up visits
$150 fee for no show ADHD testing and TMS visits
$50 fee for all late cancellations, defined as cancelling less than 24-hours before confirmed appointment
$20 fee for all no show group therapy appointments
2024 UPDATE:
IN OFFICE APPOINTMENTS: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment with your ID and insurance card
VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS: Please contact the office prior to your appointment to provide copies of your ID and insurance card
