Hope 419 proudly provides a variety of services to walk alongside individuals trying to improve their health, habits, and self esteem.
By utilizing a holistic approach, our clinical team is available to provide weight management support, individualized nutrition services, attuned eating groups, and CBT-centered therapy practices. It is our hope to help individuals meet their specific health goals, build self awareness, and live intentionally.
Since our beginning, Hope 419 has been providing access to weight loss medication to clients seeking results, guidance, and support on their journey. While we recognize that weight loss is not the sole factor to a healthy lifestyle, we are here to support our clients in meeting their goals. Whether used as a precursor to bariatric surgery or for personal reasons, our medical team is here for you.
While working with your individual dietitian, you will be exploring the many benefits and enjoyments of food, as well as the importance of establishing balance.
Together, you will explore motivations for change and focus on your individual health needs, counsel issues surrounding food, and create an individualized program that works for you!
Attuned Eating Group
Also known as Intuitive Eating, this group is designed to help individuals develop healthier relationships with food and their bodies. This group rejects the binge/diet mentality, and promotes healthy habits for individuals trying to to get "in tune" with their body.
This group is held virtually on Thursday evenings.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy designed to recognize, challenge, and restructure negative thought patterns to be more serving for one's self esteem and to help someone modify their behaviors.
CBT is one of the most recognized therapies when it comes to helping someone develop healthy and maintainable habits, such as weight loss.
