Savana Nossa, RN, Nurse Supervisor
Savana began her journey in the medical field as a nursing assistant in high school, followed by practicing as an LPN, until earning her associate's degree from Lorain County Community College. Savana has experience in med surg nursing, with a focus in oncology and hospice patients. Outside of work, Savana has worked in her community to raise awareness for suicide by planning an annual 5K.
For fun, Savana enjoys spending time with her dogs and hanging out with family and friends!

Dorita Phillips, RN, BSN
Dorita began her medical journey as an STNA right out of high school. While working as an STNA she went to Mount Vernon Nazarene University to complete her Bachelor's of science in nursing. Throughout her time there she was a member of the Society of Christian Nurses and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. Dorita has volunteered with individuals recovering from addiction and completed a mission trip to Nicaragua to help translate and provide medical care to those in need. Dorita has experience in med surg nursing with a focus on oncology and hospice patients.
Outside work Dorita enjoys spending time with her family and friends, making crafts, playing tennis, and traveling.

Ashley Lewis, RN

Ashley has 10 years of nursing experience in the mental health field. She started her career in the medical field as an STNA while in high school where she worked in long term care.While working as an STNA, she obtained her LPN diploma from Wayne County Career Center, graduating with honors. After 8 years, she decided to further her career in nursing by obtaining her RN licensure from Lorain County Community College. She previously worked at a Community Mental Health Center.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and being outside when it is warm.

Brianna Knox, RN, BSN
Brianna began her journey in healthcare as an STNA during high school, laying the
groundwork for a lifelong dedication to compassionate care. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from James Sprunt Community College in North Carolina and recently completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through Western Governors University. Over the past nine years, Brianna has worked primarily in emergency departments, with additional experience in outpatient specialty care. After her husband’s retirement from the Marine Corps, she and her family relocated to Ashland, Ohio, where they’ve lived for the past four years. Brianna is honored to join the Hope419 nursing team, bringing a blend of clinical expertise, empathy, and patient-centered care.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, reading, crafting, and gardening.

Aaron Adkins, RN
Aaron began his career in the medical field as an STNA in 2018, working in long-term care at a nursing home in Wooster, Ohio. During this time, he developed a strong passion for working with the geriatric population, particularly in the areas of psychiatric and cognitive care. Aaron earned his Associate of Applied Science in Concept-Based Nursing from Stark State College in North Canton and is now a licensed RN. He has a special interest in both medical and psychiatric care, with a focus on emerging treatments.
In his free time, Aaron enjoys spending time outdoors with family—fishing and hunting—and relaxing at home with his three cats, Blue, Soup, and Pete.
